Returns:

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Damaged Items & Refunds

All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will offer a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.

Store credit may be offered as an alternative where appropriate.

Return Shipping

To return an eligible item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us,  Sleevz is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during this transit.
